Recently I had a scare regarding my husband’s health. Fortunately, it had to do with something that is easily regulated with medication. Unfortunately, medication almost always comes with side effects. The best course of action is to stay healthy through diet and exercise. Dropping 20 pounds can eliminate hypertension and save your kidneys. Losing more weight can reverse symptoms of diabetes.
